I’ve found my work-study employer: what next?
STEP 1
Once you’ve found your work-study program, don’t waste any more time! Immediately contact your dedicated advisor to send him/her your company details: company name, first and last name of company contact, e-mail address and telephone number.
STEP 2
The advisor will contact the company by e-mail to provide all the necessary information (training costs, subsidies, RNCP code, etc.) and collect the information needed to set up the contract (an information sheet is sent to the host company to validate your recruitment).
STEP 3
The company fills in the information form and sends it by e-mail to your advisor. Once the form has been validated, the advisor will come back to you to collect your documents (certificate of entitlement to health insurance, your CV, your application form and valid ID). Once your documents have been returned, the contract is ready for assembly. Please allow one week for your contract to be sent.
NB: for foreign students, it is strictly necessary to have:
– A visa valid on the date of entry to the course
– A social security number (even provisional)
STEP 4
You will receive a copy of the e-mail sent to your company with the contract and agreement to sign. You will be asked to sign electronically. Your responsiveness is fundamental to the success of this process. You can follow the process by asking your host company to fill in the information form.
